Key Responsibilities

Provide post-launch support and monitor system performance for
client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an implementation role within a SaaS
environment
Proven track record in managing complex customer
implementations
Strong technical aptitude for collaboration with IT teams
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, and project management
software is a plus
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
