Job Title: Registered Nurse - Wound Care SpecialistAt The Valley Health System, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse - Wound Care Specialist to join our team. As a Registered Nurse - Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to patients with wound care needs.Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop individualized care plans for patients with wound care needs
• Provide wound care treatments and interventions as ordered by the physician
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide education to patients and families on wound care and prevention
• Document patient progress and outcomesRequirements:
  • Current RN license in the State of Nevada
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Current PALS Certification (pediatric patients) or current NRP Certification (Neonatal patients) as required by department
  • One year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care setting preferredBenefits:
