Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Assurance Supervisor to
support Operations and Service Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and audit operations performance for high
service delivery
Design and execute the Service Assurance program for consistent
quality in member/client services
Oversee staffing and scheduling of the Service Assurance team to
optimize resources
Required Qualifications
A college degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience
Strong analytical skills and technical proficiency in data
entry
Experience in customer service and a customer-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and demands
