Summary:Performs various nuclear medicine and PET procedures in
accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice of a NM

Qualifications:Minimum Education
X Associate's degree preferred
Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program that is
accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Nuclear
Medicine or meets or exceeds the standards of the Joint Review
Committee on Education.

X Graduate of a Program in Discipline Required
Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program that is
accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Nuclear
Medicine or meets or exceeds the standards of the Joint Review
Committee on Education.
- -Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the
ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a
stressful environment and take appropriate action. - -Required
Skills
Certifications:
X Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required on hire
X ARRT RT (NM) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board
(NMTCB) in good standing. - -Required Skills
Licenses: Arizona Department of Health Services Nuclear Medicine
license on hire.
****Must have original certificate at facility to begin
